We, the Sustainable Life Education Association (SUYED), in collaboration with the Faculty of Education at Muğla Sıtkı Koçman University, are delighted to invite you to the "I. International Sustainability Congress" to be held in Muğla from October 24-26, 2024.

Humanity stands on the threshold of what can be termed as the "age of sustainability." The future of all life on Earth, including human life, depends on the transformation of the entire human system in line with the UN 2030 Sustainable Development Goals.

However, there is widespread uncertainty and confusion globally and in our country regarding the meaning, scope, and implementation of sustainability. Therefore, it has become an urgent necessity for researchers and stakeholders interested in all aspects of sustainability to come together to establish a common vision for the transition to sustainability.

Our congress is open to the participation of experts and stakeholders from all fields related to the ecological, economic, social, and cultural aspects of sustainability. Through invited speeches, thematic panel sessions, presentations, and workshops, all aspects of sustainability will be addressed. The scope and structure of the congress are unique in Turkey.

Presentations at the congress will be conducted both in-person and online.

The honorary guest of our congress is the distinguished figure in the field of environment and urbanization, Prof. Dr. Ruşen KELEŞ.

Conducting the congress in Muğla, Turkey's coastal city known for its natural and historical riches, holds special significance in delivering the diversity of life on the planet to future generations.

We invite those who wish not only to witness but also to actively contribute to shaping this era to participate in our congress.
